The Gold/Diamond weight mentioned on the Website for all the products listed including jewellery and mounts are estimated only and may vary upon manufacturing of the product. The exact weight of the gold/diamond, and accordingly the value of the product, can only be ascertained after the manufacturing of the product.
In case you receive a product of lesser gold/diamond weight than the value paid for, JJD will refund such differential amount to You. In case the actual gold/diamond weight used is more than mentioned on the Website, You shall pay the differential amount to JJD before the order is dispatched.

The User agrees and acknowledges that on the Website all product(s) are offered only at the sole discretion of the JJD for a restricted time and are available for the supply only till the stock lasts. Prices on the Website are subject to change without any prior notice, as the prices are calculated using current prices of precious metals and gems.
JJD may not own any of the diamonds and other products listed on the Website. In such cases, JJD only orders the products listed on the Website or shared with the User from third party traders and merchants after the confirmation of the order by the member and delivers the same to the User. In such a scenario, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the User might have been traded since the listing on the Website might not be available at that point of time.
In the event the diamond(s) get(s) traded in the market before making the payment / sealing the order by the User, we will contact you and suggest an alternate diamond. In case you choose a new diamond, we shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, you shall have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, we shall refund the excess amount to you.
We retain the rights to cancel any purchase order made by You at any point of time as it may deem fit. If the payment has already been made, then the same shall be refunded to You. This includes cases where the price displayed on the Website is not the correct selling price according to us. If the order is canceled by You, then the refund amount shall be given after deducting the online payment gateway charges as well as any other charges including making charges as deemed fit by JJD.
We also reserve the right to put a limit on the number of items purchased or orders placed through the Website. In addition, We also reserve the right to put a monetary limit/value cap in terms of INR up to which only any customer may place order(s) on this Website. We also reserve the right to put a condition that each order placed by You on the Website must be above a certain minimum monetary value in terms of INR.

Only transit insurance shall be provided by Jhunjhunwala Diamonds and it shall be valid only up to the time of acceptance of delivery.
Prices for all our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to You or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
The taxes and delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment, but this will be indicated to You on the order at the time the order is placed.
Our Shipping Partners and we do everything in our power to meet the delivery schedule indicated on the Website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third party contracted to make delivery, or by You, or because of some unforeseen event or an act of God. In the event that You do not receive Your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of Your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or redelivery will take place.
At the time of placing the order, the user shall state the full name of the recipient as stated in his/her recipient's government-approved photo identification.
Delivery shall be made by the Shipping Partner agent only after the photo and name of the recipient are verified and confirmed by them. To ensure safe and secure delivery of the package, the details of the government photo identification will be noted. The recipient of the package must cooperate with the courier agent by providing required and valid copies of his/her government-approved photo for identification.
In case the User wants any other person to receive the delivery on his/her behalf, he/she needs to specify details of the same at the point of ordering and/or via email to JJD's official email ID before the product dispatch. All items shall be delivered directly to the other person, and under no circumstances whatsoever can the User change the recipient details after the order is processed.
The recipient accepting delivery should carefully examine the package delivered and shall not accept deliveries where the packaging has been tampered with. The recipient while receiving the delivery of the product is strongly advised to record the video of opening the delivery package and its contents. They shall not accept deliveries where they find that the box is empty, the contents are damaged, or the contents are not in accordance with the order placed.
The recipient, upon signing the delivery receipt, acknowledges the receipt of the product in terms of the order placed with us. We are not liable to the User/customer/recipient for any refund or replacement, or any circumstance, for any subsequent complaints with respect to such deliveries.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the company/courier agent shall try and deliver the item two times before returning the same to us. All costs for reshipment handling in the case of non-delivery to the User/customer shall be chargeable to the User/customer.
In no event any failure of us to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of the Terms and Conditions or any other related policy available on the Website shall constitute a waiver of such rights or provisions.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Jhunjhunwala Diamonds regarding Your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreement (including but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).
