10-Day Return Policy

Eligibility & Time Window

• Return requests must be initiated within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• This policy applies exclusively to domestic orders delivered within India. International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• The product must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and certificates, using the tamper-proof packaging provided by Jhunjhunwala Diamonds.
• A secure return courier will be arranged on your behalf. A shipping charge of Rs 1,000/- shall be borne by the customer for the return of the product under this policy.

Value Limits for Return Eligibility

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Customised, engraved, or personalised jewellery, including all products created through the ‘Create your Design’ feature or manufactured to specific client instructions.
• Products that show signs of wear, alteration, third-party resizing, or physical damage upon receipt will not be accepted.
• The policy is not valid during special sale events or festival discount periods. Orders placed during such periods are eligible for exchange only.
• Solitaire diamonds of the following grades are excluded (where disclosed at purchase): Colour grade M or below; Clarity grade I1 or below; Strong or Very Strong Fluorescence; Fancy coloured diamonds; Cut grades below Excellent; FL or IF clarity diamonds; Brown, green, or milky diamonds.

Certification & Documentation

• All return requests must be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and a copy of the original Invoice.
• If the original certificate cannot be produced, the product will be sent for re-certification. All associated costs shall be borne by the customer.

Quality Inspection & Approval

Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the returned product. Returns showing signs of use, modification, or damage will not be accepted.

Refund Amount & Coupon Adjustment

• The refund will be 100% of the actual amount paid.
• If a Coupon Code, Discount, or Promotional Code was applied at the time of purchase, the refund will be reduced by the equivalent value of that discount.

How to Initiate a Return

Lifetime Exchange Policy

Any product purchased from Jhunjhunwala Diamonds may be exchanged for any other product from our collection at any time, even years after your original purchase. Our Lifetime Exchange Policy ensures that your investment in fine jewellery is never locked in.

Exchange Value Structure

Price Difference Handling

• If the new product is of higher value than the exchange value, the customer will pay the difference.
• If the new product is of lower value, no refund is issued; however, the customer may select more than one product to utilise the full exchange value.

Documentation Requirements

• The Original Product Certificate must be presented. Invoice submission is optional under this policy.
• If the original certificate is unavailable, re-certification charges and shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Shipping, Inspection & Coupon Adjustments

• Shipping charges under the Lifetime Exchange Policy shall be borne by the customer.
• Jhunjhunwala Diamonds reserves the right to revise the exchange value following a physical Quality Inspection.
• If a discount or coupon was applied during the original purchase, the exchange value will be reduced by the equivalent amount.

Items Excluded from Lifetime Exchange

• Customised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery products are not eligible.
• International orders, plain gemstone jewellery, and jewellery with natural coloured gemstones are excluded.
• Solitaire diamonds of the following grades are excluded (where disclosed at purchase): Colour grade M or below; Clarity I1 or below; Strong or Very Strong Fluorescence; Fancy coloured diamonds; Cut grades below Excellent; FL or IF clarity diamonds; Brown, green, or milky diamonds.

Lifetime Buyback Policy

Jhunjhunwala Diamonds offers a Lifetime Buy-Back facility on all solitaire diamonds, solitaire jewellery, and diamond jewellery. Should you wish to sell back your piece at any point, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent valuation.

Conditions & Exclusions

• Products showing signs of wear, engraving, alteration, third-party resizing, or damage will not be accepted for buy-back.
• Shipping charges under this policy shall be borne by the customer.
• If a discount or coupon was applied at the time of purchase, the buy-back refund will be reduced by the equivalent amount.
• This policy does not apply to: International orders; plain gemstone or natural coloured gemstone jewellery; customised or engraved products.
• The company reserves the right to change the buy-back amount of the product based on the Quality Inspection.

Damaged or Defective Product Protocol

Every Jhunjhunwala Diamonds order is dispatched under fully insured, tamper-evident conditions. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below:

• Notify our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery, supported by photographs and an unboxing video (strongly recommended for all orders).
• Do not use, wear, or attempt to repair the product before contacting us.
• Our Quality Assurance team will assess the claim and determine whether damage occurred during transit or prior to dispatch.
• If the damage is confirmed to have originated from our end, we will take care of the repairing at no cost to the customer.
• Products damaged due to customer handling, wear, or third-party intervention will not be covered under this protocol.

Repairs and Resizing

• Resizing of rings, bangles, and bracelets is offered free of cost, except where resizing is technically not possible.
• If the resized product requires additional material, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
• If the resized product results in reduced material, the differential amount will be refunded via online bank transfer.
• Repair charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated before any work is undertaken.
• Shipping charges for all repair and resizing services shall be borne by the customer.
• This service is available for domestic orders only.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is paid for and is confirmed by Jhunjhunwala Diamonds, it is deemed as a purchase and irrespective of whether the product is ready or not and the delivery status, the order cannot be cancelled. The product remains eligible for return or exchange under the applicable policy in this document.

Shipping Responsibility & Risk Handling

• All outbound shipments from Jhunjhunwala Diamonds are fully insured during transit.
• Risk of loss or damage is borne by Jhunjhunwala Diamonds during outbound shipping. Upon delivery and acknowledgment by the customer, responsibility transfers to the customer.
• For return shipments, the product remains the customer's responsibility until received and acknowledged by Jhunjhunwala Diamonds. Please use only the packaging and logistics partner we arrange.
• Jhunjhunwala Diamonds is not liable for loss or damage during return transit if the customer uses their own courier or packaging.

General Terms and Conditions

• All policies in this document apply to domestic (India) orders only. International orders are not eligible for any return, exchange, or buy-back.
• Jhunjhunwala Diamonds reserves the right to amend or withdraw any aspect of this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect on the date of purchase applies to that order.
• The 10-Day Return Policy is not valid during special sale events, festival discount periods, or limited-period promotional offers.
• All decisions related to returns, exchanges, buy-back, and quality inspection are solely at the discretion of Jhunjhunwala Diamonds and shall be final and binding.
• The prevailing market value is determined solely by Jhunjhunwala Diamonds, and this determination is final and binding.
• This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
